Dopo essermi fatto fare un preventivo per il noleggio di un macchinario, mi sono ritrovato nel saldo da pagare 55 € + IVA per l'usura giornaliera degli utensili da loro dati in dotazione (tra l'altro alcuni già usati da clienti precedenti). Il problema non sono i 55€ +Iva ma il fatto che nessuno ne parla e spiega che al preventivo ci sono da aggiungere soldi per l'usura che inevitabilmente si ha usando i macchinari. Quando si richiede un preventivo si pretende che sia chiaro e definitivo.NON CI DEVONO ESSERE SORPRESE !!!!!!
Be careful!!! After I had a quote for the rental of a machine, I found myself in the balance to pay € 55 + VAT for the daily wear of the tools supplied by them (among other things, some already used by previous customers). The problem is not the € 55 + VAT but the fact that no one talks about it and explains that there is money to be added to the budget for the wear that inevitably occurs when using the machinery. When requesting a quote, it is expected to be clear and definitive. THERE MUST NOT BE SURPRISED !!!!!!
