Arrivato direttamente da Torino sono stato catapultato in questa splendida boutique della carne!
Qualità e scelta assolute e gentilezza e disponibilità di tutti coloro che gestiscono quotidianamente quest'attività unica nel suo genere.
Tutti i prodotti che ho assaggiato sono stati tra i migliori che io abbia mai potuto degustare nella mia vita.
Per non parlare poi della tavola calda e degli arancini meravigliosi.
Tornerò per assaggiare gli hamburgher e spero anche tutte le altre prelibatezze che non sono riuscito ad acquistare.
Selezione di vini veramente ottima.
Le fiorentine frollate assolutamente da provare e la salsiccia uno spettacolo.

Arrived directly from Turin I was catapulted into this splendid meat boutique!
Absolute quality and choice and kindness and availability of all those who manage this unique activity on a daily basis.
All the products I have tasted have been among the best I have ever tasted in my life.
Not to mention the diner and the wonderful arancini.
I will be back to taste the hamburgers and hopefully all the other goodies that I have not been able to purchase as well.
Really great wine selection.
The aged Florentine must be tried and the sausage a show.
Stigghiole and skewers are delicious and always very tasty.
Really huge.
Thank you for making my short stay in Triscina even more delightful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il top del top delle arancine! Fresche, prodotti locali, tantissima scelta di gusti. Crude e cotte al momento. Da mangiare sul posto o da portare a casa crude/cotte e se si vuole anche sottovuoto! Il personale è gentilissimo e può farvi un bel pacchetto da trasportare al fresco? Io vi consiglio di andare da loro se siete in zona perchè arancine così non ne mangerete da nessun altro.
The top of the arancine top! Fresh, local products, a lot of choice of flavors. Raw and cooked at the moment. To eat on the spot or to take home raw / cooked and vacuum packed if you want! The staff is very kind and can make you a nice package to carry in the cool I recommend you go to them if you are in the area because arancine so you will not eat from anyone else.
