Specialmente i sciurilli ( fiori di zucchine) vengono dorati al punto giusto, gonfi al punto giusto e saporiti . E' una farina eccellente, peccato che non riesca a trovarla facilmente qui a Bari. I miei amici baresi sono entusiasti delle mie fritture. Spero che la ditta Lo Conte mi telefoni subito per indicarmi i luoghi di vendi a baresi .Anche gli asparagi selvatici fritti sono eccellenti se avvolti nella farina Lo Conte prima della frittura. Per adesso gli asparagi li ho congelati, appena in possesso della farina LO Conte inviterò gli amici a cena..sarà una goduria, Sciurilli e asparagi.....!!! The magic flour Lo Conte for fries is truly magical. I'm amazed, since I use this product I don't need to add yeast to the batter. Especially the sciurilli (zucchini flowers) are golden brown at the right point, swollen to the right point and tasty. It's an excellent flour, too bad I can't find it easily here in Bari. My friends from Bari are enthusiastic about my fried food. I hope that the Lo Conte company will call me right away to show me the places to sell in Bari. Also the fried wild asparagus are excellent if wrapped in Lo Conte flour before frying. For now I have frozen asparagus, as soon as I have the flour LO Conte will invite friends for dinner .. it will be a pleasure, Sciurilli and asparagus ..... !!!

In conclusione, fatica do' tre stelle. I got along well with the 8 cereals and 4 seeds wholemeal flour. Flours for desserts have recipes that are not good. I recommend reviewing them. In conclusion, I hardly give three stars.
L	Lucy Lip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le uso (ma non seguo le ricette scritte sulle confezioni perche' non vengono bene) per le ricette che conosco o trovo su google, usando queste farine posso affermare che vengono davvero uno spettacolo, sia x i dolci che i salati. I use them (but I don't follow the recipes written on the packaging because they don't come out well) for the recipes I know or find on google, using these flours I can say that they are really a show, both for sweet and savory.
