Mi reco per acquistare una presa schuko (come privato) arrivo alla cassa pago con un pz.da 10€….il cassiere vedo che tentenna e continua a guardare i miei 10€ dopo un poco di dubbi esordisce dichiarando: non posso prenderli perché sono falsi … (a detta sua ovviamente) i soldi non sono stati passati sotto nessuna macchinetta ed eran palesemente veri (tantè che sono stati spesi 30min dopo in una cassa automatica)
La giustificazione finale è stata che non avevano la banda laterale in rosso più marcato (presente si nei 10€ “nuovi”, ma non in quelli “vecchio modello” VEDI FOTO)
Morale della storia mando a quel paese scocciato il commesso (sbagliando, ma ero veramente seccato visto che mi stava dando praticamente del poco onesto esordendo con quella frase e portando poi più volte avanti la sua tesi)e rifiuto l acquisto… mancano proprio le basi qui signori!!
Se volete fare vendita al dettaglio avete bisogno A) di una macchinetta che controlla i soldi B) che il personale sappia almeno l ABC del soldo contante se no lasciate perdere!

I go to buy a schuko socket (as a private individual) I arrive at the cashier I pay with a € 10 piece ... the cashier I see that he hesitates and continues to look at my € 10 after a little doubt he begins by declaring: I cannot take them because they are fake ... (according to him obviously) the money was not passed under any machine and were clearly true (so much so that they were spent 30min later in an automatic cash machine)
The final justification was that they did not have the more marked red side band (present in the "new" € 10, but not in the "old model" ones SEE PHOTO)
Moral of the story I send the salesman to that country annoyed (wrongly, but I was really annoyed since he was practically giving me a little honest starting with that sentence and then carrying out his thesis several times) and I refuse the purchase ... the basics are missing here gentlemen!!
If you want to do retail you need A) a machine that checks the money B) that the staff know at least the ABC of cash otherwise forget it!
