Rivestimento da subito risultato inadatto all'uso, cuscini che perdono di compattezza (non vi sono bambini piccoli in famiglia), cerniere delle fodere rotte dopo un paio di anni. Ma la cosa peggiore è l'assenza totale di un customer care, la mancata risposta alla di ogni richiesta di assistenza, nel 2021 è inaccettabile. Non consiglio.
Bad shopping experience. Having already bought high-level sofas, I can say that the quality is absolutely below average. The upholstery was immediately unsuitable for use, cushions losing compactness (there are no small children in the family), the hinges of the covers broken after a couple of years. But the worst thing is the total absence of customer care, the failure to respond to every request for assistance, in 2021 is unacceptable. I do not recommend.
