Low quality boilers with continuous failures, cheap material used in production. Same thing goes for the Cola stoves .. missing items ... bet on other brands ... in Italy there is better !! Replaced the boiler with an IMMERGAS and goodbye fault !!

Servizio assistenza vergognoso , caldaia installata a fine settembre ad oggi 7 dicembre la caldaia a livello telematico non funziona, nonostante le continue richieste di soluzione ad oggi siamo sempre al punto di partenza.
Avevo acquistato da questa azienda anche il climatizzatore da installare ad aprile 2022 lo restituirò immediatamente , di una azienda del genere possiamo anche farne a meno .
Bravi a vendere poi il nulla totale.

Shameful after-sales service, boiler installed at the end of September to today 7 December the boiler at the telematic level does not work, despite the continuous requests for solutions to date we are always at the starting point.
I had also purchased the air conditioner from this company to be installed in April 2022, I will return it immediately, we can also do without it from a company like this.
Good at selling then the total nothing.
