Questo metodo per me è stato fondamentale e la Dottoressa accompagna i partecipanti in questa disciplina con dolcezza e ascoltando l'avanzamento del percorso ad ogni lezione. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

The Autogenic Training course held by Doctor Serena Perego is an experience that everyone should try. This method was fundamental for me and the Doctor accompanies the participants in this discipline with gentleness and listening to the progress of the path at each lesson. Absolutely recommended !!!
