Gli giriamo tutte le carte e i documenti richiesti. Silenzio per due mesi, nessuna risposta ai messaggi né al telefono. A Novembre finalmente un mistero messaggio con la garanzia che i lavori sarebbero iniziati ad Aprile. Mi vengono richiesti nuovamente i documenti. Da allora nessuna risposta al telefono, ai messaggi, alle mail. Sconsigliatissimo!
Pure unreliability and zero seriousness. Contacted in September for a renovation. Inspection and many nice words about their professionalism. They consider the works feasible. We turn over all the required papers and documents. Silence for two months, no reply to messages or the phone. In November, finally a mystery message with the guarantee that the works would start in April. I am asked for the documents again. Since then no answer to the phone, to messages, to emails. Not recommended!
