★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io darei Zero stelle, non una! Telefoni per avere un informazione prima di muoverti e non rispondono mai, in qualunque ora telefoni e in qualunque giorno di apertura.Questo è lavorare bene ed essere a disposizione del cittadino o del cinofilo?
I would give Zero stars, not one! You call to get information before you move and they never answer, you call at any time and on any opening day. Is this working well and being available to the citizen or the dog lover?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandaloso! È giovedì mattina e sono le 9:30, l’ufficio è ancora chiuso. Ho chiamato e mi ha risposto una signora dicendomi che era in banca e che avrebbe aperto più tardi!!!! Un ufficio pubblico gestito come un negozio di quartiere! Non ci sono parole! Considerando che è aperto 3 volte a settimana per mezza giornata!! Vergogna!
Scandalous! It's Thursday morning and it's 9:30 am, the office is still closed. I called and a lady answered and told me that she was in the bank and that she would open later !!!! A public office run like a neighborhood shop! There are no words! Considering that it is open 3 times a week for half a day !! Shame!
