★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato l’officina per fare il tagliando ed il Sig Omar è stato gentilissimo dall’inizio … ho consegnato la mia macchina è ritornata a casa con auto di cortesia… il giorno successivo al ritiro Omar mi ha spiegato dettagliatamente quanto il collega, x quel poco che incontro e anche lui gentilissimo, ha cambiato, dopo aver firmato tutti i documenti ho ritirato la mia micra bella pulita e profumata… continuate cosi ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali ho parlato con un consulente di nome Andrea Guerini parlando con lui non era minimamente coinvolto nel suo lavoro senza rispondere hai messaggi e inoltre mi ha valutato l’auto a 1500 euro quando poi aveva già venduto il veicolo in vendita percui pure truffatori.

Giorni fa passo alla loro sede di Curno, al sabato, e mi viene detto che tutti i venditori erano impegnati... assurdo perché c erano 2 persone dentro oltre a noi! Allora mi viene detto che posso lasciare nome e numero di telefono e che un venditore mi avrebbe chiamato appena libero... sto ancora aspettando!!!
Se tanto mi da tanto... lasciate perdere!! Professionalità INESISTENTE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato la sede di Curno, per avere informazioni su una sportage diesel/elettrico con permuta, sono stato invitato da un loro incaricato ad andare presso la sede per vedere sia la sportage che la mia da vendere. Con 120 km andata e ritorno ma ne verrà la pena....preventivo in carta e penna e subito ci accorgiamo con immensa Trasparenza, che l'affare con prestito e polizza non mi conviene avendo molte convenzioni con il lavoro. La loro convenienza è marcata se acquistata con finanziamento e polizza. Mi viene proposto la vendita della mia auto a 24.000 euro,e mi viene detto: "io ho un nuovo cliente e lo farò contento con un valore vicino alla vendita da privato" . Perfetto accetto con la richiesta di verificare con il commercialista il regime fiscale con cui è stata acquistata Dopo 4 gg riesco ad avere la risposta, pronto a procedere con la vendita. Tutto ritrattato perché per avere quel l'importo dovrei acquistare obbligatoriamente una macchina da loro. Dopo un pò di giorni sono stato ricontattato, chiarendo l'incomprensione, aperti a capire come migliorare il loro servizio
