Voglio elogiare la professionalità dell'agente di vendita Vittorio Lorenzetti, di cui ho apprezzato la grande competenza, la capacità di orientare il cliente verso la soluzione migliore per le sue esigenze, la cortesia e la piena disponibilità nel fornire tutte le preziose informazioni di dettaglio sul funzionamento del veicolo al momento della consegna.
Mi sento di consigliare a chi desidera l'acquisto di una Volvo di rivolgersi alla sede di Brescia del gruppo Bossoni.

I bought a 2019 XC40 T3 that was picked up yesterday. I want to praise the professionalism of the sales agent Vittorio Lorenzetti, whose great competence, the ability to guide the customer towards the best solution for his needs, the courtesy and the full availability in providing all the precious detailed information on the operation of the vehicle upon delivery.
I would like to advise anyone wishing to purchase a Volvo to contact the Bossoni group's headquarters in Brescia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ entrato stamattina per un preventivo noleggio xc40. mezz'ora a girovagare senza che nessuno dei 2 venditori mi chiedesse se poteva essermi utile...
nel frattempo uno dei 2 molto celere a mostrare la macchina presumo in consegna a tre clienti giunti ben dopo.
capisco che sono acquirenti.. ma avrei potuto esserlo anch'io .
peccato proveremo altre concessionarie.
came in this morning for an xc40 rental quote. half an hour to wander around without any of the 2 sellers asking me if it could be useful ...
in the meantime one of the 2 very quick to show the machine I presume delivery to three customers who arrived well after.
I understand that they are buyers .. but I could have been too.
pity we will try other dealerships.

Withdrawn from a few days a beautiful Volvo S60 and taken directly to Sicily. My wife and I can only thank and praise the great "Gruppo Bossoni" and in particular the Consultant Michele Zamboni who with great education, courtesy and helpfulness has worked to meet our needs.
