Tutti pronti ad accoglierti con il sorriso ed a soddisfare le tue richieste, anche se dette all'ultimo istante, mentre sono pieni di lavoro. Hanno seguito la mia pratica a distanza nel migliore dei modi aggiornandomi di continuo sul suo stato, ed al momento della consegna, tutto è stato pianificato in modo "svizzero". Sicuramente la consiglio a tutti, concessionarie così ce n'è sono poche in giro.

All ready to welcome you with a smile and to satisfy your requests, even if said at the last moment, while they are full of work. They followed my practice remotely in the best possible way, constantly updating me on its status, and at the time of delivery, everything was planned in a "Swiss" way. Il personale è disponibile ed attento alle esigenze del cliente dall'accoglienza clienti fino alla consegna della vettura passando per i vari reparti di vendita. Area snack dotata di comode poltrone per attendere il proprio turno magari bevendo un buon Cafe Illy offerto dalla casa.
Dealership treated and welcoming as expected by the car manufacturer in Monaco. The staff is available and attentive to customer needs from customer reception to delivery of the car through the various sales departments. Snack area equipped with comfortable armchairs to wait their turn maybe drinking a good Illy Cafe offered by the house.

Lavoro presso un b&b in quel di Vittorio Veneto....al momento del check out degli ospiti ungheresi si sono accorti di aver lasciato le chiavi nel baule. Hanno chiamato in Ungheria la concessionaria ma non sono stati in grado di aiutarli. Quindi ho chiamato Autotorino (cercando semplicemente in Google e da remoto dedicando più di un ora del loro tempo hanno risolto il problema aprendogli la macchina via satellite....
Ottimo servizio gentili e soprattutto disponibili.... Non è cosa da poco oggi giorno.

I state that I don't have a BMW.
I work at a b & b in Vittorio Veneto .... at the check out of the Hungarian guests they realized that they had left the keys in the trunk. They called the dealership in Hungary but were unable to help. So I called Autotorino (by simply searching in Google and remotely dedicating more than an hour of their time they solved the problem by opening the car to them via satellite ....
Excellent service, kind and above all helpful .... It is not a trivial matter today.
