★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stellina ma meritano zero...Ho messo una pompa da pozzo Aturia il 22 01 18. Da 11kw pagata circa €3000 dopo poco più di due anni è bruciato il motore.... Ho chiamato il rivenditore dal quale l’avevo acquistata chiedendo di venirmi incontro col prezzo che l’avrei sostituita. Risposta che se avesse chiamato Aturia non l’avrebbero preso in considerazione.... perché è impossibile che una pompa del genere duri solo due anni....premesso che quella di prima è durata 30 anni e il pozzo é perfetto prima di non prendere in considerazione un cliente fatevi mandare la pompa bruciata e analizzatela..FATE ATTENZIONE.. mai più comprerò pompe Aturia.
I give a star but they deserve zero ... I put an Aturia well pump on 22 01 18. From 11kw paid about € 3000 after a little more than two years the engine burned .... I called the dealer from whom I had it purchased asking to meet me with the price that I would have replaced it. Answer that if he called Aturia they would not have taken it into consideration .... because it is impossible for such a pump to last only two years .... given that the first one lasted 30 years and the well is perfect before not take a customer into consideration get the burnt pump sent and analyze it..PAY ATTENTION .. I will never buy Aturia pumps again.
