★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si presenta qualche problema nei loro distributori, non solo, li avvisi comunicando il problema, ma non si attivano minimamente a rimborsare il caffè o il the non erogato!!!
When there is a problem in their distributors, not only, you notify them by communicating the problem, but they do not take the slightest action to refund the coffee or the tea not dispensed !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da oltre 5 mesi attendo un rimborso di euro 5,60 per acqua non erogata !!! Ho scritto parecchie mail ma non ho ancora ricevuto nulla !!! VERGOGNATEVI!!! Ho letto altre recensioni e sono tutte di lamentele ma non avete ancora capito come si lavora ???? Cambiate lavoro !!!!!
For over 5 months I have been waiting for a refund of € 5.60 for water not supplied !!! I have written several emails but I have not received anything yet !!! SHAME ON YOU!!! I have read other reviews and they are all complaints but you still don't understand how it works ???? Change jobs !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo! Caffè di bassa qualità e macchina delle bevande calde sempre fuori funzione! Un mese e mezzo prima del termine del contratto, ci hanno lasciato senza rifornimenti per 2 settimane! Contattati ogni giorno ci dicevano che venivano a rifornire i distributori in giornata, poi dopo l'ennesima richiesta di rifornimenti, di punto in bianco hanno comunicato che la settimana dopo sarebbero passati a ritirare le macchine. Zero professionalità!
Bad service! Low quality coffee and hot drink machine always out of order! A month and a half before the end of the contract, they left us without supplies for 2 weeks! Contacted every day they told us that they came to supply the distributors on the same day, then after yet another request for supplies, out of the blue they communicated that the next week they would come to collect the machines. Zero professionalism!
