Emiliano e debbo dire che ne è valsa veramente la pena. I tempi di consegna sono stati addirittura anticipati. Lascio la porta di pvc e vetro aperta per l'aria. I ladri son entrati da tutti i vicini o quasi. Uno è fabbro.. Ora mia figlia in casa sua ha messo il portone Gruben e ha ordinato le inferriate. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Nessuno è abbastanza ricco da sbagliare acquisto e comprare male. Le porte si fanno una volta sola nella vita. Perchè scegliere altro? Voglio fare i complimenti a tutto lo staff della Gruben che ha contribuito a realizzare un prodotto di grande qualità con una estetica fuori dal comune: le inferriate che ho appena montato nel mio appartamento di Roma sono l’esempio di come ci si possa distinguere in un mercato dove la mediocrità e l’approssimazione regnano sovrane. Non mi dilungo sui particolari ma voglio almeno citarne qualcuno che va oltre i loro punti di forza più conosciuti (serrature e cerniere): - la fase di progettazione in cui si è tenuto conto di tutte le mie esigenze - il disegno della maglia che non si interrompe in corrispondenza della mezzeria della ante doppie ma prosegue come se non ci fosse il telaio - la precisione del montaggio Queste mie considerazioni si rivolgono a tutti i collaboratori che spesso, lavorando “dietro le quinte”, non ricevono dal mercato il giusto riconoscimento e mi riferisco a progettisti, meccanici, saldatori, assemblatori, magazzinieri, addetti alla qualità e naturalmente impiegati e funzionari amministrativi, tecnici e commerciali. Maurizio Misariis dell gruben si impegnò a rimborsare il danno che LORO avevano provocato. Ho dovuto provvedere di tasca mia per un totale di 300€ perchè dopo oltre due anni e diverse email e telefonate sto ancora aspettando...per 300€ hanno perso in cliente e fatta figura per nulla professionale. In 2019 they installed grates for around € 10,000 at my home. In installing a grate they broke a marble frame - Mr. Maurizio Misariis dell gruben undertook to reimburse the damage they had caused.
