★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più che un semplice negozio, Grossi, per noi, è diventata una famiglia: ci siamo trovati "a casa" fin da subito, e gli inevitabili intoppi dovuti alla situazione sanitaria, non hanno fatto altro che rafforzare la stima e l'affetto (perché dopo molti mesi subentra anche quello), per questo fantastico team di professionisti, che, come primo impegno, mette il cliente con tutte le sue preferenze, e desideri.
Ognuno di loro ti segue con lo stesso entusiasmo, con identica professionalità, facendoti sentire compreso e perfino coccolato.
Peccato non avere più case da arredare!

More than just a shop, Grossi, for us, has become a family: we found ourselves "at home" right away, and the inevitable hitches due to the health situation, did nothing but strengthen our esteem and affection (because after many months that too takes over), for this fantastic team of professionals, who, as a first commitment, put the customer with all his preferences and desires.
Each of them follows you with the same enthusiasm, with the same professionalism, making you feel understood and even pampered.
Too bad we don't have more houses to furnish!
