Nel mio caso, io rappresentavo la parte venditrice e sono rimasto soddisfatto di come Manuel (il mio referente dell'agenzia Grimaldi), ha condotto sin dall'inizio tutta l'operazione. Ho constatato il grande impegno profuso, per pubblicizzare al meglio il mio appartamento, per poi proseguire con una serie di visite della loro clientela, già selezionata e adatta per quella tipologia di appartamento. Devo testimoniare tra l'altro, che siamo giunti al giorno del Rogito, senza sorprese negative o documentazioni mancanti, in quanto tutto era già stato predisposto e aggiungerei, di aver potuto constatare, un bel clima di serenità, in quanto evidentemente, ambedue le parti (venditore e acquirente) si potevano ritenere soddisfatte, cosa non facile da ottenere come risultato finale.
