H	HISOKA 314 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ individuato l'immobile tramite la suddetta agenzia a Gennaio 2021 abbiamo espresso da subito la nostra volontà ad acquistarlo, salvo concessione mutuo per l'intero importo dell'appartamento. l'agente immobiliare nonostante la messa in vendita dell'immobile ci ha fatto da subito presente che, non sarebbe stato liberato a breve dai venditori, in quanto erano ancora alla ricerca di un'appartamento in sostituzione a quello in vendita. in merito a ciò siamo stati rassicurati dall'agente immobiliare in quanto in casi simili (secondo quest'ultimo già verificatisi) al momento del rogito, tramite una scrittura privata, si sarebbe raggiunto un accordo secondo il quale dopo la vendita dell'immobile, i vecchi proprietari avrebbero pagato una sorta di quota mensile fino alla loro permanenza per sopperire alla rata del mutuo dei nuov proprietari. ad oggi trascorsi 4 mesi dalla proposta di acquisto e dopo il rogito e successiva concessione del muto, tale accorto fatto da noi presente alla stipula del contratto non è stato rispettato. l'agente immobiliare interessato non era presente alla vendita ed al suo posto vi era il direttore dell'agenzia, il quale non era a conoscenza dell'accordo pattuito inizialmente per incoraggiarci all'acquisto. l'unico accordo raggiunto e del quale siamo venuti a conoscenza solamente al momento del rogito, è stato sui costi di condominio e utenze a carico dei vecchi proprietari. ci troviamo cosi a pagare almeno due mesi di mutuo senza poter accedere a casa nostra. l'agenzia a tutelato maggiormente i diritti del venditore e a tenuto in conto, in maniera marginale, i diritti del compratore nonostante la parcella dovuta sia stata pagata in maniera puntuale. identified the property through the aforementioned agency in January 2021 we immediately expressed our willingness to buy it, except for a loan for the entire amount of the apartment. the real estate agent, despite the sale of the property, immediately pointed out that it would not be released shortly by the sellers, as they were still looking for an apartment to replace the one for sale. we were reassured by the real estate agent in this regard as in similar cases (according to the latter already occurred) at the time of the deed, through a private agreement, an agreement would be reached according to which after the sale of the property, the old owners would have paid a sort of monthly fee until their stay to cover the mortgage payments of the new owners. as of today, after 4 months from the purchase proposal and after the deed and subsequent granting of the mute, this shrewd fact we present at the signing of the contract has not been respected. the real estate agent concerned was not present at the sale and in his place was the director of the agency, who was not aware of the agreement initially agreed to encourage us to purchase. the only agreement reached and of which we became aware only at the time of the deed, was on the costs of condominium and utilities to be borne by the old owners. so we find ourselves paying at least two months of mortgage without being able to access our home. the agency better protected the seller's rights and took into account, in a marginal way, the buyer's rights despite the fact that the fee due was paid in a timely manner.

He was very responsive and helpful through the process. Made it very easy and was the complete opposite experience of many people I've known trying to buy property in Italy. Due to COVID we could not travel and so we purchased without seeing the property except through their eyes and some videos. They made the process so easy and pain free. Highly recommend.
