"Tube", la quale mi ha sempre soddisfatto per la cremosità e giusta temperatura dei tanti caffè erogati; in questi ultimi giorni ho avuto un problema con una perdita d'acqua nella parte inferiore della macchinetta stessa ed il gentilissimo Sig. Andrea Coblisi (assistenza tecnica), da me contattato, mi ha permesso di risolvere facilmente, rapidamente ed a costo zero il problema (andava effettuata una semplice regolazione) ... un applauso all'onestà e cortesia dimostrate.
 For 3 years I have owned a Grimac espresso machine mod. "Tube", which has always satisfied me for the creaminess and right temperature of the many coffees dispensed; in the last few days I had a problem with a water leak in the lower part of the machine itself and the very kind Mr. Andrea Coblisi (technical assistance), contacted by me, allowed me to solve the problem easily, quickly and at no cost (a simple adjustment had to be made) ... a round of applause for the honesty and courtesy shown.
