★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scarsamente preparato e per niente competente. L'inettitudine regna sovrana. I loro tecnici (2 ne sono venuti da me) a distanza di una settimana uno dall'altro sono sempre arrivati diagnosticando il problema nel pezzo che a loro ovviamente mancava al momento. Incalzate da me le impiegate in ufficio rispondevano con frasi contrastanti riguardanti la presenza o meno del pezzo in questione nel loro magazzino. Regolarmente il giorno dopo ricevevo mail con preventivo da confermare per ricevere il loro nuovo intervento. Peccato che dopo la sostituzione del motore ventola unità esterna {secondo me non guasta), e su insistenza di mio padre (presente in loco visto che io dovevo lavorare), il tecnico è stato esortato a provare la macchina visto che la stava già richiudendo dicendo che tanto era a posto, cosi però non era e mi è stato detto che il problema non era quello come fortemente sostenuto durante il primo intervento da loro. Adesso bisognava sostituire la scheda elettronica (980 euro più Iva).... Al che convinto della loro non buona fede ho personalmente smontato la macchina e controllato la scheda in oggetto. Risultato : un fusibile da 3,15 ampere bruciato. Titubante lo sostituisco comprando una confezione da 10 pz all'esorbitante cifra di 1,09 euro più Iva. Adesso la macchina funziona, vista la mia enorme competenza potrei aprire un centro assistenza anch'io..... P. S. Ho dato una stella solo perché con zero non mi permetteva di commentare.
Poorly trained staff and not at all competent. Ineptitude reigns supreme. Their technicians (2 of them came to me) after one week of each other have always arrived diagnosing the problem in the piece that they obviously lacked at the time. Pressed by me, office workers responded with conflicting sentences concerning the presence or absence of the piece in question in their warehouse. Regularly the next day I received emails with a quote to confirm to receive their new intervention. Too bad that after replacing the motor fan outdoor unit (in my opinion it does not hurt), and at my father's insistence (present on site since I had to work), the technician was urged to try the machine since he was already closing it by saying that so much was in place, so it was not and I was told that the problem was not that as strongly supported during the first intervention by them. Now it was necessary to replace the electronic card (980 euros plus VAT) .... I am therefore convinced of their bad faith that I personally dismantled the machine and checked the card in question. Result: a 3.15 ampere burned fuse. Hesitantly I replace it by buying a pack of 10 pcs for the exorbitant amount of 1.09 euros plus VAT. Now the machine works, given my enormous competence I could open a service center myself ..... P. S. I gave a star only because with zero it would not allow me to comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manutenzione ordinaria imprecisa: perdita dalla caldaia . Manca pronto intervento e si perde la mattina seguente per risolverlo con disagio conseguente, senza che venga riconosciuto errore.
Inaccurate ordinary maintenance: boiler leak. There is no prompt intervention and is lost the following morning to solve it with consequent discomfort, without any error being recognized.
