Patatine fritte pallide perché crude. Il secondo di carne meglio la scottona buona, un po' meno il ribs di maiale in salsa paprika. Forse se prendevo la pizza era meglio. Buono il vino. Conto salato e meno male che eravamo con the fork. La location è molto gradevole e pulita: ambiente moderno, luminoso e abbastanza spazioso sia all'interno che all'esterno dove in estate, sicuramente, vengono sistemati dei tavoli. Arredamento minimale ed essenziale, ma curato e molto accogliente. Il locale è una steak house, ma fa anche da pizzeria. Ordiniamo subito 2 pizze.. Una pistacchiosa e un calzonpizza (mi ha attirato il nome oltre che gli ingredienti... Ricotta fresca, spinaci, bresaola, scaglie di grana e rucola.. ).. Dopo una decina di minuti (il locale era vuoto alle 22,30) ci portano 2 mega pizze: devo dire obiettivamente che non avevo finora mangiato una pizza così superlativa!! La morbidezza e leggerezza dell'impasto (70 ore di lievitazione si percepiscono!!), la perfetta cottura a legna, l'abbondanza dei condimenti, tutti di ottima qualità, e la presentazione del piatto, mi hanno lasciato a bocca aperta! Faccio i miei più sinceri complimenti al titolare e al suo staff. Provate, e non ve ne pentirete.. Prezzi ottimi per la qualità servita. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Meglio prenotare se si vuole cenare di sabato... Ah dimenticavo... Gentili anche nell'accoglienza... Meritate pienamente 5 stelle!! I didn't know this place. Chosen by chance on Thursday evening, finding myself with my husband in the area. The location is very pleasant and clean: modern, bright and quite spacious both inside and outside where tables are set up in summer. Minimal and essential furnishings, but refined and very welcoming. The restaurant is a steak house, but also serves as a pizzeria. We immediately order 2 pizzas .. A pistachio and a calzonpizza (the name attracted me as well as the ingredients ... Fresh ricotta, spinach, bresaola, parmesan flakes and rocket ..) .. After about ten minutes (the place was empty at 22.30) they bring us 2 mega pizzas: I must objectively say that I had not eaten such a superlative pizza so far !! The softness and lightness of the dough (70 hours of leavening can be perceived !!), the perfect wood cooking, the abundance of condiments, all of excellent quality, and the presentation of the dish, left me speechless! I offer my sincere congratulations to the owner and his staff. Try it, and you will not regret it .. Excellent prices for the quality served. I will definitely be back. Ottime le carni, ottimo il tagliere di carne mista, vini ben selezionati. Servizio perfetto, cameriera veramente all’altezza del locale. Unico consiglio per i taglieri di carne è fermare la cottura molto prima, visto che poi la carne continua a cucinare nel tagliere, dovendo fare in fretta a mangiare per non farla carbonizzare, come avvenuto con gli spiedini, visibili in foto. Ottima la scelta del sale grosso, che dovrebbe essere una prassi ma molti locali lo ignorano. Complimenti A nice place with excellent potential. Very spacious with a pretty good exterior. The only advice for meat cutting boards is to stop cooking much earlier, since the meat continues to cook on the cutting board, having to eat quickly so as not to get it charred, as happened with the skewers, visible in the photo. The choice of coarse salt is excellent, which should be a practice but many locals ignore it. Congratulations
