★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a burrito, received a floppy tortillia filled with overcooked rice and dry meat. They didn't even bother to put in any kind of sauce. To finish off the dish they decided that it would be a great idea to throw some random pieces of salad on the plate. Especially because of the price it was very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the beginning I couldn't figure out what kind of restaurant it was: Mexican? Tirolese? Italian? Waiter given me a couple of menus with different types of dishes ranging from classic Mexican dishes to Italian recipes. The staff is definitely impersonal and not always patient because of the continuous amount of tourists that crowd the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grillage deserves to be the #1 restaurant in all of Brixen. The food was some of the best I’ve had in Südtirol. We ordered the Steak salad, shrimp linguine, spare ribs and steak. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece (but with affordable prices), flavorful and cooked to perfection. I want to go back and try everything on their menu. In addition to the amazing food, the Service was incredible, with some of the most efficient and friendly restaurant staff in the industry. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the worst dining experience I ever had in Southtyrol. The food was tasteless. I had a soup which was mostly water, to me it appeared diluted a few times too often. Even worse than the food was the attitude of the staff. They were super pushy on trying to sell more. As an elderly person at our table asked to repeat a question because at first she could not hear because of the noise level in the restaurant the service lady rolled her eyes at her. At the end we were even asked to leave which was absolutely ridiculous as there were a few free tables and it would have been easy to set them. Zero hospitality not to say complete lack of respect.
