★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa valutazione va per il lavaggio cani... Il mio lo ha lavato malissimo e per passare la spazzola è pulire le orecchie glielo dovuto dire io più di una volta ... Pessimo servizio. E pure caro 30 euro...visto che dopo 1 settimane il cane puzzava... Mai più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono soddisfatta. Ho preso appuntamento per questa mattina per la toelettatura di uno spitz. Arrivata all’orario concordato mi è stato detto che chi aveva preso l’appuntamento non aveva segnato che il cane andasse tagliato a forbice e che quindi ci volesse del tempo.
Alla fine ho fatto 40km a vuoto e mi hanno rimandata a casa senza fare nulla. Unica nota positiva la toelettatrice che quantomeno è stata sincera.
Non credo che mi ci affiderò più.
I am not satisfied. I made an appointment this morning for a spitz grooming. Arriving at the agreed time, I was told that those who had made the appointment had not marked that the dog should be cut in scissors and therefore it would take time.
In the end I did 40km empty and they sent me home without doing anything. The only positive note was the groomer who at least was sincere.
I don't think I'll trust it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fornitissimi gentili e disponibili.Nota bene che il settore farmacia veterinaria chiude alle 13 e riapre non rammento se alle 15 o alle 15.30.Per altro fanno buoni sconti sui farmaci.
Well-stocked, kind and helpful. Please note that the veterinary pharmacy sector closes at 13 and reopens I do not remember whether at 15 or 15.30. Moreover they offer good discounts on drugs.
