Ho avuto la possibilità di vedere come hanno costruito e che materiali hanno usato così, essendo di mestiere, ho deciso di investire su un appartamentino per affittarlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato casa da loro, vanno in causa con la ditta subappaltatrice e scaricano le responsabilità su di loro abbandonandonandoti appena prendono i soldi e prendendoti in giro facendo passare mesi per risolvere i piccoli problemi, mancanze ed irregolarità sugli impianti e siamo costretti a regalare soldi agli avvocati per fargli causa per i grossi problemi. Occhio e fatevi mettere tutto per iscritto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda giovane che ti incanta con magnifici progetti purtroppo realizzati in minima parte. Lavori di cantiere eseguiti in maniera sommaria. Muri storti, impianti di irrigazione acqua giardino non finiti. Irreperibilità dell'architetto e dei dirigenti. Lasciato completamente in balia del disagio una volta consegnati i soldi. Non lo consiglio. Ci vediamo probabilmente in tribunale.

Hanno rispettato i tempi di consegna e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema particolare se non una piccola scalfittura su una parete, probabilmente dovuta ad un urto (forse colpa dell'installatore quando abbiamo arredato l'appartamento), hanno inviato un muratore a risolvere il problema in poco tempo. We purchased a small garden apartment for my daughter. Our experience has been positive. They respected delivery times and we had no particular problem except a small scratch on a wall, probably due to a collision (perhaps the installer's fault when we furnished the apartment), they sent a bricklayer to solve the problem in short while.
