★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alberto dropped us off to Verona arena. He was very helpful and friendly and recommended places to see and was very knowledgeable about the city. We arranged for Alberto to pick us up after the opera. He was waiting patiently for us when we arrived at the pickup point. As we were only in Verona for one night he kindly offered to take us on a tour of Verona city and told us the history of each building. We then drove to a hilltop near ponte pietra wear we could see the whole city from above. He was amazing and knew all the right places to go to make sure we had seen all the different views of the city. If it wasn't for Alberto we would have left Verona not truly appreciating how beautiful Verona is and not fully aware of how much history there is around the buildings of Verona. Thank you Alberto! Highly recommend!

I can say with confidence that Alberto is very responsive (just consider that he's in a different time zone), punctual, and extremely kind and knowledgeable. My husband and I used him twice to go from Verona to Lazise, and then back to Verona Porta Nuova train station. He was always on time, gave us a great rate, and drove cautiously. We had wonderful conversations with him about life in Italy, politics, and cultural and religious beliefs. He's amazing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alberto was great. He picked us up from the airport even though our flight was delayed by 4 hours. He also took us back to the airport from Verona at the end of our holiday. Very reasonable but high quality service and great communication.
