Cancelleranno anche questa recensione. In risposta al proprietario vorrei fare presente che il raffreddore, a differenza di quanto asserito dalle gentili signore, non è riconosciuto come sintomo di COVID. Inoltre tutti fuori sentendo le affermazioni errate (vedi sito del ministero della salute) si allontanavano da me come se fossi un untore (quindi anche il rispetto della privacy è stato deludente) Bad experience in the swab / serological area. In response to the owner I would like to point out that the cold, unlike what the kind ladies claim, is not recognized as a symptom of COVID. Also everyone outside hearing the incorrect statements (see website of the ministry of health) walked away from me as if I were a smearer (so even the respect for privacy was disappointing)

Il motivo di ciò è molto semplice, stavo fuori dalla farmacia con una persona disabile (in carrozzina) e vi era una vistosa fila di clienti in attesa di poter entrare. Chiamo telefonicamente e chiedo se chi è disabile in carrozzina abbia la precedenza per entrare e mi viene risposto negativamente dicendomi che devo comunque aspettare il nostro turno per entrare. Ecco io francamente sono rimasto molto schifato da ciò. Non capisco come nei supermercati (che sono luoghi prettamente commerciali e non necessariamente espletano funzioni sanitarie come è d'uso di questi tempi) vi sia la precedenza alle casse mentre in una farmacia ciò non sia possibile (per fare il pagamento di un tampone rapido per Covid-19). Cambierò sicuramente farmacia dalla prossima volta e segnalerò l'accaduto a Federfarma oltreché alle associazioni dei consumatori. Essere disabili non è un lusso è una sfortuna che non si augura a nessuno! Qualcuno dovrebbe vergognarsi e porgere immediate scuse. I call by phone and ask if those who are disabled in wheelchairs have priority to enter and I am answered in the negative, telling me that I still have to wait for our turn to enter. Here I frankly I was very disgusted by it. I do not understand how in supermarkets (which are purely commercial places and do not necessarily carry out health functions as is customary these days) there is priority at the tills while in a pharmacy this is not possible (to make the payment of a quick tampon for COVID-19). I will certainly change the pharmacy next time and I will report the incident to Federfarma as well as to the consumer associations. Being disabled is not a luxury, it is unfortunate that no one wishes! Someone should be ashamed and apologize immediately.
