Ho chiesto un eventuale sostituzione che mi è stata negata, dicendomi che si tratta di un prodotto molto resistente che vendiano da molto tempo. E che con ogni probabilità è dovuto ad un difetto di utilizzo. Accusano me di averla utilizzata male e non viene il dubbio che potesse essere difettosa . Mai più! Posso capire si fosse rotta dopo mesi, ma al secondi utilizzo . Rispondo qui alla vostra. Non mi avete proposto nessun rimborso. Mi avete scritto che non era possibile e neppure la sostituzione. Mi avere scritto di ricordarvelo al prossimo ordine che avreste visto di rimediare in qualche modo. Perche scrivere cose non vere. Oltre che i miei toni sono stati quelli di una persona che di fronte ad una richiesta ha trovato un muro. Non vorrette di certo che pubblichiamo lo scambio di mail. Io al contrario vostro mi pare non abbia nessun problema a raccontare l'accaduto senza aggiungere cose che non cossispondento alla verità . Buona fortuna!
