Unfortunately, the woman who runs the Florence shop was incredibly rude and followed me around the entire shop as if I was going to steal something. I felt uncomfortable and left without buying anything. Very disappointed with my experience at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought many items from the kind owner at their Greve shop. One of them was for my 95 year old mother. This year I contacted their website to order 5 more for my mother’s birthday. They had me wire 115,00 euro to a Western Union office, which I did. After 3 months I still had not received the items. After numerous emails, they finally shipped the products. The quality of the fabric is drastically inferior to what I purchased in the shop. The embroidery work is of such a lesser work it is it is ridiculous. I contacted them to ask for a refund and that I would be happy to send their items back. THEY NEVER RESPONDED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They are not honest!!!
