★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho comprato un'auto nuova qui ad agosto. la macchina fa rumori strani in frenata, e si è staccata una parte in plastica nell'abitacolo. ho chiamato per prendere appuntamento per un controllo, mi hanno detto di lasciarla da loro una mattina qualsiasi per ritirarla in apertura nel pomeriggio.
l'ho portata ieri alle dieci e abbiamo concordato il ritiro alle tre.
alle tre avevano sistemato la plastica ma i freni non li avevano controllati "perché signora, il ponte era occupato, lo faremo più tardi".
certo, e mio figlio in asilo lo va a prendere babbo natale...
ho ritirato la macchina, i freni li farò controllare da qualcuno che conosca la parola "serietà".
I bought a new car here in August. the car makes strange noises when braking, and a plastic part has come off in the passenger compartment. I called to make an appointment for a check-up, they told me to leave it for them any morning to pick it up in the afternoon.
I took it yesterday at ten and agreed to pick it up at three.
at three o'clock they had fixed the plastic but the brakes hadn't checked them "because ma'am, the bridge was occupied, we'll do it later".
of course, and my son in kindergarten picks him up Santa Claus ...

Mi hanno anche ritirato gratuitamente la mia vecchia auto ormai prossima alla rottamazione. Cortesia e competenza sono assicurati in questa concessionaria.
I bought a used Ford fiesta titanium. I was able to try it, maximum clarity on the price and they polished and sanitized it to perfection. They also collected my old car, which is now close to being scrapped, for free. Courtesy and competence are assured in this dealership.
