E' risaputo che se un dipendente Γ¨ messo in condizioni di lavorare serenamente ed Γ¨ gratificato, il lavoro rende: sia per il cliente che per l'azienda. Buona anche la gestione clienti ma si puΓ² sempre migliorare.
