★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere il Notaio Grassi, e le sue collaboratrici, nel lontano 2018.
Il Notaio ha una cortesia ed un garbo nell'accogliere i clienti con una particolare attenzione, ha quella che io chiamo capacità d'ascolto! Si immedesina nel problema con la massima professionalità consigliando al meglio il cliente. Nn ha fretta nn è un burocrate nel senso restrittivo del termine, anzi è molto attento.Sono contenta di aver conosciuto il Notaio Grassi!
Mi ha risolto un problema che a Palermo sembrava quasi impossibile !
 I had the pleasure of meeting the Notary Grassi, and his collaborators, back in 2018.
The Notary has a courtesy and grace in welcoming customers with particular attention, he has what I call listening skills! He identifies himself with the problem with the utmost professionalism, advising the customer in the best possible way. He is not in a hurry, he is not a bureaucrat in the restrictive sense of the term, indeed he is very attentive. I am happy to have known the Notary Grassi!
He solved a problem that seemed almost impossible in Palermo!
