★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo sconsiglio ci sono stato una volta e il proprietario è un grande maleducato tanto che mi ha lanciato l'ordine in faccia dopo che gli stavo spiegando che non era quello il tipo di materiale prestate attenzione a quel tipo molto ma molto maleducato!!!
I do not recommend it I have been there once and the owner is a great rude man who launched the order in my face after I was explaining that it was not the type of material, pay attention to that very, very rude type !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo tre mie mail di scambio con il responsabile di zona, riguardanti caratteristiche dimensionali e colore di un prodotto che ero intenzionato ad acquistare, mi vedo ricevere le mail di scambio interne!! Nelle quali suggerivano VIVAMENTE: che se fossi stato un privato (e sono un privato) di non perdere tempo e che dovevo attaccarmi!!!!
Detto questo, suggerisco a tutti i privati intenzionati all’acquisto di un qualsiasi prodotto, di “attaccarsi “ ed andare altrove!!!!

After three of my exchange emails with the area manager, regarding the dimensional characteristics and color of a product I was willing to buy, I see myself receiving internal exchange mails !! In which they suggested HIGHLY: that if I had been a private (and I am a private individual) not to waste time and that I had to attack me !!!!
Having said that, I suggest all individuals intending to purchase any product to "stick" and go elsewhere !!!!

Chiamano per la consegna di giovedì pomeriggio o al massimo venerdì. Pomeriggio di giovedì dopo varie telefonate mi dicono che dovrebbe essere arrivato, ma io non vedo nessuno!!!
Poi richiamo per avere spiegazioni, rispondono che hanno avuto vari disguidi, (ci sta, capita), mi dicono cmq che la consegna verrà effettuata il giorno dopo e che verso sera mi avrebbero saputo dire l'orario più preciso per la consegna.
Alle 17:30 telefonano dicendomi che la consegna verrà effettuata il martedì successivo. Ma come????????????????
Ma io ho un'azienda ferma,
personale che aspetta, scavatori fermi.
Bene, ma cos'è questa è serietà?

They call for delivery on Thursday afternoon or Friday at the latest. Thursday afternoon after several phone calls they tell me it should have arrived, but I don't see anyone !!!
Then I call for explanations, they reply that they have had various errors, (there is, it happens), they tell me anyway that the delivery will be made the next day and that towards evening they would have been able to tell me the most precise time for delivery.
At 17:30 they call and tell me that the delivery will take place on the following Tuesday. But how????????????????
But I have a firm company,
waiting staff, stationary diggers.
Well, but what is this seriousness?

Fabio Motta, persona molto disponibile e preparata, ha saputo accontentare la mia richiesta, consigliandomi un garden della mia zona dove poter trovare il prodotto che desideravo. Il prodotto nel Garden di Paratico non era disponibile a magazzino ma è stato tempestivamente ordinato e consegnato alla mia destinazione in tempi da record. Granulati Zandobbio is a company that does not sell directly to individuals, but in my case, Mr. Fabio Motta, a very helpful and well-prepared person, was able to satisfy my request, recommending a garden in my area where I could find the product I wanted.
