Preferisco la pala perché più croccante, ma sono gusti. Una pala di pinsa a due gusti è stata sufficiente, una volta a casa ad apprezzarne la lievitazione pressoché perfetta! La gustosa croccantezza dei bordi e la perfezione della guarnitura di pancetta sono senz'altro la conferma di una sorveglianza accurata della cottura. Con questi presupposti sono certo che la scelta dei gusti, soprattutto quelli semplici, mi permetterà senz'altro di replicare questa esperienza gustativa... Ps Ah!..per la digeribilità non mancherò di aggiornarvi! ? In ogni caso: Complimenti! A two-flavored grip shovel was enough, once at home, to appreciate the almost perfect leavening! Ci sono stato ieri sera per ordinare una baby con i würstel e una pala con salame piccante e melanzane. Tutto molto buono, sia la tonda che la pala (che era favolosa!) Bello che pur essendo sabato sera (e avendo già un quantitativo di ordinazioni importante) la pizza ci é stata consegnata (brevi mano non con consegna a domicilio) in orario! It was from the time of rapid pizza (80s / 90s, one of the first takeaway pizzeria in Forlì) that I did not enter these places. I went there last night to order a baby with frankfurters and a shovel with spicy salami and aubergines. All very good, both the tonda and the shovel (which was fabulous!) Nice that despite being Saturday night (and already having an important quantity of orders) the pizza was delivered to us (short hand not with home delivery) on time!

Solo una volta ho fatto una brutta figura con gli ospiti perché chiedendo una pizza bianca salsiccia e patate al forno mi sono ritrovato con le patatine fritte, poche e bruciacchiate. Con un po’ di attenzione in più può giocarsela con le migliori pizzerie di Forlì. Molto consigliato One of my favorite pizzerias.
