Per quanto mi riguarda sono stati molto professionali e decisamente da consigliare I bought some sneakers through Amazon, then I saw all these bad reviews and got worried, I would say in vain because the package arrived very early even though I was in Rome and the article, as well as being very convenient, was perfect! As far as I'm concerned they were very professional and definitely worth recommending

Mi hanno subito contattato per chiedermi se volessi un altro paio o il rimborso. Io ho optato per il rimborso che nel giro di 2 giorni ho ricevuto tramite bonifico. Ditta seria e affidabile I placed an order with them for a pair of shoes through Amazon ... sadly a week later I was told my number was missing. They immediately contacted me to ask if I wanted another pair or a refund. I opted for a refund which I received by bank transfer within 2 days. Serious and reliable company

Dopo qualche giorno ho inviato una email per chiedere info, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta ad oggi. Aggiornamento del 24/03, ho riscritto rispondendo alla mail di conferma e ieri mi chiamata un responsabile che mi dice che la maggior parte dei prodotti ordinati non sono più disponibili, mi chiede se voglio mandato il resto, io accetto, e mi si dice che oggi mi sarebbe arrivato il tutto, sto non molto distante, in effetti oggi arriva il pacco, un paio di sneakers uomo invece che bianche sono arrivate in nero, per sopperire a tutti gli inconvenienti non mi hanno fatto pagare il contrassegno e correttamente neppure le spese di spedizione poiché il mio ordine originale superava la cifra prevista per la spedizione gratuita, inoltre non mi hanno fatto pagare neppure un lupetto da 5€ per mio figlio. Grazie nonostante tutte le cose da migliorare, come aggiornare il sito costantemente e informare con celerità i clienti. Avrei voluto eventualmente poter scegliere altro al posto delle cose mancanti se fossi stata informata sul momento.
