I	Isabella Girolamo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono per niente puntuali nelle consegne, dicono di chiamare l' ufficio consegne ma non è mai attivo, se ne escono con la scusa sollecitiamo noi ma alla fine è una presa in giro, versi in anticipo il denaro ma dopo mesi non arriva ciò che hai ordinato. Non è x niente corretto il modo di porsi ai clienti quando uno chiama, se un collega è assente x giorni con cui hai fatto il contratto, ti rispondono io non ho il contratto fatto con lei? Ma i computer non sono uguali x tutti i dipendenti? Oggi giorno credo che nessuno vuol essere preso in giro? Ma, secondo me , quello che fà la differenza con gli altri negozi è la gentilezza, la cortesia e la disponibilità delle signore, la signora che mi ha seguito mi ha messo subito a mio agio proponendomi fantastiche soluzioni a prezzi vantaggiosi per la mia casa......Consigliamo a tutti di visitare il loro negozio. Seguiti da un consulente molto professionale,che ci ha aiutato a comporre la cameretta e utilizzare i minimi spazi per dare il massimo comfort ai miei figli. v	va va on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente NO…!! Esperienza del tutto negativa, per un acquisto di una cameretta con tempi di consegna detto da LORO entro due settimane. Alla fine ho dovuto aspettare tre lunghi mesi con continue telefonate da parte mia per sollecitare il caso e ogni volta mi veniva detto “la consegna è prevista per questa settimana la chiameremo noi” Servizio clienti assolutamente inaffidabile, inefficiente, maleducato. Dopo mesi di attesa..arriva il giorno della consegna con un pannello ammaccato,. Ovviamente il caso è morto li, nessuno si è interessato per sostituire il pannello. Adesso mi ritrovo con una cameretta pagata e ammaccata ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO Absolutely not…!! Completely negative experience, for a purchase of a bedroom with delivery times told by THEM within two weeks. Siamo andati per vedere un mobile presente nel dépliant pubblicitario e la signora non sapeva neanche dell'esistenza fino a nostra insistenza. Attività dai prezzi medio alti ma non proprio da quel valore, non credo rivedrà la mia presenza tra le mura. Posto non proprio immediato da raggiungere in quanto non è che ti trovi da quelle parti, seppure ben visibile a uno svincolo della SS100. Ovviamente non segnalerò la cosa al servizio assistenza, non ha senso, perché non voglio assistenza e non è un problema ma solo una recensione dal mio punto di vista.
