Ad oggi della cucina nemmeno l'ombra, e non sappiamo se arriva per fine agosto. Richieste di chiarimenti sia telefonici che di persona: risposte evasive e arrabbattate tanto da sentirsi letteralmente "presi in giro". Ci dicono di contattare l'ufficio consegne ma per ben 2 giorni il telefono è risultato spento!! E dire che avrei dovuto acquistare un'altra cucina, oltre che mobili per zona giorno e divani. Mai più. Insomma, una bruttissima esperienza da sconsigliare a chiunque... My review refers to the Sammichele di Bari store. We bought a kitchen on June 10th c.a. Delivery was scheduled for the end of July. To date not even the shadow of the kitchen, and we do not know if it arrives by the end of August. Requests for clarification both by telephone and in person: evasive and angry answers so much that one feels literally "cheated". They tell us to contact the delivery office but for 2 days the phone was turned off !! And to think that I would have to buy another kitchen, as well as furniture for the living area and sofas. Never again. In short, a very bad experience not to be recommended to anyone ...

Queste persone con poco tatto meglio tenerle lontano dal contatto col cliente. Ovviamente loro ti lasciano i mobili difettati a casa anche se avevo chiesto di portarseli inditro perchè cosi risulta che hanno fatto la consegna. Mi accettarono il difetto è mi dissero che mi avrebbero sostituito il tavolo . Chiamavo in sede ad Andria e mi dicevano che per via del covid era tutto bloccato ( due anni fa ) adesso che si è sbloccato tutto cos ‘altro vi frena per farmi la sostituzione del tavolo ? Ho acquistato un arredamento di un’intera casa e pagati in anticipo , e questo è il trattamento che utilizzate per i vostri clienti ?non ci tornerò mai più I do not recommend this company to anyone. Provo a telefonare e non risponde mai nessuno, se avessi saputo che avrei aspettato tutto questo tempo non sarei andata affatto. Ci dicono che la consegna è per la settimana prossima e sono passate già 4 settimane.
