β β β β β The hotel is placed in a beautiful location. We stadied here in April and the temprature Was quite cold. The breakfast Was various. The hotel has got lot of rooms and has also rooms for disable people. The reception staff Was very kind and suggest us the places to visit and they Was wonferful. We hadn't the possibility to dinner in the hotel bacause we prefer other restaurants but the dinner seems very interesting and vary.

Spa was not available. Personnel was exhausted, working day and night and being accordingly friendly. Dinner was included in the package but not in the 4 star quality. Included wine tastings not available at opening time or 1 hour driving away. Included cooking lessons not available.

β β β β β Excelent place to stay and to visit/enjoy wonderful Amiata. Everything was perfect (inclduing the possibility to bring my dog), but the restaurant during dinners: the service was a bit annoying (too slow), although the food was good. Breakfast was fantastic.

β β β β β Great hotel! I'd say it's the best you can find in the area! Rooms are smaller than what you think! When we arrived, there was a mistake since they gave us a smaller room, but then they moved us to a bigger one which corresponded to the pics! Staff is TOP! they guy at the reception is so nice and available (always smiling!) We appreciated that! Breakfast was good specially cornetto alla crema!
