Il personale non e' tantissimo e di questo se ne risente nei giorni e nelle ore di massima affluenza: sono persone e possono sembrare scorbutiche ma hanno una esperienza molto lunga e quindi, quando gli si chiedono consigli, riescono ad indirizzare il cliente in modo opportuno e con alta professionalità e conoscenza dei prodotti.
Buono anche il servizio post vendita e, in generale, possono migliorare ma fanno bene il loro lavoro!

The staff is not very much and this is affected in the days and hours of maximum turnout: they are people and may seem grumpy but have a very long experience and therefore, when asked for advice, they are able to address the customer in an appropriate way and with high professionalism and product knowledge.
The after sales service is also good and, in general, they can improve but they do their job well!

C'è un comodo è ampio parcheggio, accessibile anche per persone disabili, con posti auto dedicati, posizionati vicino all'ingresso.
GRANCASA, già dal nome si intuisce cosa si può trovare, ed effettivamente c'è proprio un po' di tutto per la casa e oggetti per l'uso quotidiano.
