Come si può dire a un cliente, che la merce cambiata, perché difettosa non viene più reclamata???
Se alcuni oggetti in vendita sono difettosi di fabbrica, devono cambiarli con tanto di scontrino, non si devono permettere di ribadire niente (scontentando il cliente) e Basta!

Classic no food market run by Chinese. So many things have everything from hardware to car accessories. The guys were very nice in pointing us to the place where the things we were looking for were and they also gave us some buying advice. Three stars because like in all these shops, a lot of stuff sometimes you can't even use it that breaks first
