★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da premettere che metto una stella perché non se ne può mettere 0. L'esperienza dell'acquisto di un lampadario è stata pressoché tragica. Incompetenza, pressappochismo e scortesia sono le caratteristiche che contraddistinguono i proprietari di questo negozio. Dopo aver acquistato un lampadario, sono dovuta ritornare tre volte perchè la prima volta non mi hanno consegnato la struttura del lampadario, la seconda volta lo hanno montato loro per scoprire poi che montato non poteva essere trasportato, per cui sono dovuta ritornare per ritirarlo smontato. Arrivato a casa, durante il montaggio, ho scoperto che mancavano più di una decina di guarnizioni delle foglie di vetro del lampadario per cui sono dovuta andare a comprarle. Durante il montaggio altra scoperta spiacevole, 3 foglie incrinate. Tutto questo ha creato un disagio a ma è mi ha fatto fare una pessima figura con i miei amici ai quali l'ho regalato. È meglio comprare da Amazon sono più competenti. Sconsigliatissimo.
First of all, I put a star because it can't be put 0. The experience of buying a chandelier has been almost tragic. Incompetence, pressappochismo and discourtesy are the characteristics that distinguish the owners of this shop. After buying a chandelier, I had to go back three times because the first time they did not give me the structure of the chandelier, the second time they mounted it to find out that it could not be transported when assembled, so I had to go back to collect it disassembled. When I got home, during the assembly, I discovered that there were more than a dozen seals of the glass leaves of the chandelier so I had to go and buy them. During assembly another unpleasant discovery, 3 cracked leaves. All this created a discomfort in but it made me look bad with my friends to whom I gave it. It is better to buy from Amazon are more competent. Sconsigliatissimo.
