Complimenti per l'organizzazione perfetta. Durante l'attesa dell'esito vedo molta gente criticare....sono solo persone infelici e cattive..... Se uno è prenotato per un tampone, c'è una tolleranza di 10/15min. E già sono tanti! Perché se uno prenota significa che non vuole aspettare la coda! Tanto vale che togliete il servizio di prenotazione visto che l'orario non viene minimamente rispettato. Perché se sei prenotato aspetti 40 minuti, se non lo sei qualcosina in più(10min). E non guasterebbe mettere un altra persona che dia le informazioni e gestisce la fila e le prenotazioni. Bad service. Zero organization. Not to mention they never answer the phone! L'unico dottore che eseguiva tamponi ed organizzava le file con precisione svizzera da tempo manca . Peccato una grossa nota negativa per una farmacia rinomata a Catania. Nessuno sembra voler provvedere per evitare questi continui disguidi. Non la cambierei mai con altre farmacie o negozi di cosmesi perchè il consiglio da parte di un laureato ha valore differente. Ottimi i Servizi Covid Tamponi e Vaccini: sistema di prenotazioni facile ed efficiente. Più volte mi è capitato di avere un'emergenza e il team mi ha aiutato con estrema cortesia. I tempi di attesa sono gestiti benissimo, chi aspetta il miracolo non ha capito che l'esito del tampone arriva in 15 minuti e che poi occorrono altri minuti per le formalità: documenti e altro. Poveri dottori sottoposti a un pubblico maleducato e intollerante, che invece di apprezzare il servizio e la disponibilità insultano...più volte ho assistito a situazioni incresciose in cui nonostante l'aggressività dell'utenza, soprattutto no vax, i farmacisti restano dei professionisti educati e tolleranti. La situazione al banco è gestita con estrema velocità. Ampi i reparti, tra cui spicca il reparto dermocosmesi, con prodotti di eccellenza. Complimenti alla titolare e a tutto il team! TOP pharmacy!
