Alla fine dell’aperitivo, 4 persone 9 cocktail, di cui 1 soltanto rifiutato perché non era buono, il proprietario alla cassa elenca tutti i cocktail compreso quello mandato indietro.
Gentilmente ho fatto presente che il cocktail non fosse messo nel conto, ma
in modo arrogante e sgarbato mi ha risposto che non dovevo permettermi di dire che il cocktail fosse venuto male.
Tra l’altro siamo clienti che andiamo spesso e non ci siamo mai lamentati.
Io personalmente non tornerò mai più presso questo bar.
Secondo me è meglio accettare una lamentela che perdere dei clienti.

At the end of the aperitif, 4 people 9 cocktails, of which only 1 refused because it was not good, the owner at the counter lists all the cocktails including the one sent back.
I kindly pointed out that the cocktail was not put on the bill, but
in an arrogant and rude way he replied that I should not allow myself to say that the cocktail had turned out badly.
Among other things, we are customers who go often and have never complained.
I personally will never go back to this bar.
In my opinion, it is better to accept a complaint than to lose customers.
