★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa un anno fa ho contattato questa struttura in quanto necessitavo di supporto per lo sviluppo di un mio progetto personale cui tengo molto. Dopo aver chiamato il numero indicato sul sito internet, sono stata messa in contatto con la loro interfaccia, il Signor Schiavini Alessandro. Abbiamo preso appuntamento, periodo quasi di Pasqua, e Schiavini ha ricevuto me e il mio socio mostrandosi disponibile, brillante ed empatico. Dopo avergli mostrato il progetto in appuntamento, ci è stato detto di attendere circa due settimana per il preventivo, considerando per l'appunto anche le festività. Dopo un mese non era arrivato nulla, così ho ricontattato personalmente Schiavini il quale mi ha spiegato che la fiera del libro a Milano aveva avuto la precedenza su di noi, di pazientare. Abbiamo atteso ancora due settimane e poi richiamato, a questo punto ci è stato detto che l'amministrazione non lo aveva preparato. Da quel momento siamo andati avanti così, in un impasse surreale: ogni settimana/dieci giorni chiamavo e Schiavini mi rispondeva con fare faceto-derisorio che l'amministrazione non lo aveva preparato e lui non poteva farci nulla. Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro, non abbiamo capito se il nostro progetto non era appetibile o piuttosto fattibile...non lo so non lo saprò mai, credo. Alla fine ho mollato il colpo io, profondamente dispiaciuta perché reputo Milani una realtà valida con ottimi prodotti e notevole qualità. Anzi qualora voleste ricontatarmi con UN NUOVO REFERENTE sarei comunque aperta al dialogo
About a year ago I contacted this structure because I needed support for the development of my personal project that I really care about. After having called the number indicated on the website, I was put in touch with their interface, Mr. Schiavini Alessandro. We made an appointment, almost Easter period, and Schiavini received me and my partner, showing himself to be available, brilliant and empathetic. After showing him the project by appointment, we were told to wait about two weeks for the estimate, considering also the holidays. After a month nothing had arrived, so I personally contacted Schiavini who explained to me that the book fair in Milan had taken precedence over us, to be patient. We waited another two weeks and then recalled, at this point we were told that the administration had not prepared it. From that moment on we went on like this, in a surreal impasse: every week / ten days I called and Schiavini answered me with a facetious derisance that the administration had not prepared it and he could not do anything about it. We felt teased, we did not understand if our project was not desirable or rather feasible ... I do not know I'll never know, I think. In the end I gave up the blow, deeply sorry because I consider Milani a valid reality with excellent products and remarkable quality. In fact, if you would like to contact me again with a NEW REFERENT, I would still be open to dialogue
