★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto in questo negozio lo smalto semipermanente a mani e piedi, oltre ad aver realizzato un lavoro scandaloso (ho dovuto farmelo rifare) anche per la rimozione non è andata meglio.
I made semi-permanent nail polish on hands and feet in this shop, as well as having done a scandalous job (I had to have it done again) even for the removal it didn't go better.

Le ragazze sono puntuali, gentilissime e preparate, si trovano davvero ottime offerte a prezzi competitivi. Consigliatissimo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato questo centro dietro consiglio di un amica, ho usufruito di una delle loro promozioni per la ceretta corpo.
Personale che lavora in modo superficiale, e poco attento ai dettagli, più di una volta mi sono stato rivolti dei commenti inappropriati, alla prima seduta mi sono state fatte domande poco adatte ad un rapporto dipendente-cliente.
Poco chiari e poco onesti ad indicare cosa fosse compreso nella promozione e cosa no.
Con la prima seduta hanno insistito nel parlarmi dei vantaggi della epilazione laser, e questo non mi ha dato fastidio, mi ha dato fastidio che la titolare dopo abbia dato per scontato che avrei subito prenotato la prima seduta e quando le ho detto che non intendevo prenotarla subito ci è rimasta male.
Che dire... Per niente soddisfatta di questo centro
I tried this center on the advice of a friend, I took advantage of one of their promotions for body waxing.
Staff who work in a superficial way, and not attentive to details, more than once I have been addressed with inappropriate comments, at the first session I have been asked questions that are not suitable for an employee-customer relationship.
Unclear and not very honest to indicate what was included in the promotion and what was not.
With the first session they insisted on talking to me about the advantages of laser hair removal, and this did not bother me, it bothered me that the owner later assumed that I would immediately book the first session and when I told her I did not intend to book it she was immediately disappointed.
What can I say ... Not at all satisfied with this center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per favore evitate questo posto. Il laser non ha quasi alcun effetto e gli appuntamenti risultano sempre inesistenti in agenda. Più volte sono stata rimandata a casa poiché “non segnata”. Affidatevi a centri più professionali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho smesso di andarci nonostante non abbia completato i pacchetti (massaggi, semi e laser) perché vi è un'assoluta mancanza di professionalità soprattutto da parte della titolare. In sostanza, dovevo fare un massaggio e ho aspettato per diverso tempo (almeno una ventina di minuti) senza ricevere nemmeno delle scuse (la titolare mi guardava e continuava a parlare con una tizia nel suo ufficio). Dopo averla congedata mi fa accomodare nella saletta e lì ho dovuto aspettare ancora un bel pò prima che entrasse l'estetista. Una volta entrata faccio presente il disservizio e terminato il massaggio la titolare, messa al corrente delle mie lamentele, era tutta sulle sue e non ha nemmeno chiesto scusa. Ecco per me questo è mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente e premetto che episodi simili (ritardo, appuntamenti errati, ecc..) ne sono accaduti in precedenza, sorvolando ma quando è troppo è troppo! In più lasciate stare la semipermanente che mi ha reso le unghie fragilissime!
I stopped going there despite not having completed the packages (massages, semi and laser) because there is an absolute lack of professionalism especially on the part of the owner. Basically, I had to have a massage and I waited for some time (at least twenty minutes) without even receiving an apology (the owner looked at me and kept talking to a girl in her office). After leaving her he makes me sit in the room and there I had to wait a long time before the beautician came in. Once entered, I report the disservice and finished the massage, the owner, made aware of my complaints, was all on her own and did not even apologize. Here for me this is lack of respect towards the customer and I state that similar episodes (delay, wrong appointments, etc. ..) have happened previously, flying over but when it is too much is too much! In addition, forget about the semi-permanent that made my nails very brittle!

Dalla mia foto è ovvio quale unghie mi ha ricostruito lei... Non saprei cosa dire veramente. Pagato 39 euro per un servizio fai da te a casa. Sconsigliato
The girl who followed me was very nice and nice but not very experienced in gel reconstruction and color application. From my photo it is obvious which nails she reconstructed me ... I don't know what to say really. Paid 39 euros for a DIY service at home. Not recommended
