★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CONSIGLIATISSIMO! Ottimo servizio pre e post vendita. Onesti, professionali, gentili e disponibili. Durante il trasporto ed il montaggio poi, davvero molto scrupolosi ed attenti!! Secondo me, è questo che fa la differenza: la cura del cliente! Abbiamo avuto un problema (articolo difettoso dalla casa): se n'è accorto il titolare a fine montaggio (io sinceramente non l'avevo notato), si è scusato (anche se non era colpa loro in quanto difettoso dalla fabbrica), si è adoperato per la sostituzione urgente del componente difettoso ed ha voluto assistere di persona alla sostituzione. Cura del cliente dall'ordine al primo utilizzo. Complimenti. Torneremo sicuramente.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Excellent pre and post sales service. Honest, professional, kind and helpful. During transport and assembly then, very scrupulous and careful! In my opinion, that's what makes the difference: customer care! We had a problem (defective item from the house): the owner noticed it at the end of assembly (I honestly had not noticed it), he apologized (even if it was not their fault as it was defective from the factory), it was used for the urgent replacement of the defective component and wanted to personally attend the replacement. Customer care from order to first use. Compliments. We will definitely be back.
