Solo riempita di panna.. E tralatro il dolce desiderato non rispecchiava nemmeno minimamente cio che volevo... Pessimiiiiiii.. Sono stato pure male.. Anzi... Siamo... Io ho preso una cheesecake allo yogurt, ed è stata davvero molto apprezzata !! Do 4 stelle perchè il dolce era l'unione di 3 pezzi "differenti" ( non so, forse gli scarti di un altro dolce ) e ciò non mi era stato riferito. Alla consegna il pasticcere mi ha consigliato di tenerlo a temperatura ambiente poiché era stato in congelatore fino a quel momento. Io l'ho comunque tenuto sempre in frigo ma la cosa dopo un po' ha iniziato a notarsi c'era proprio uno spacco in mezzo e uno laterale coperto dalla linea di fragole.. in più al momento del taglio la consistenza era al limite dello sciolto Nice and good cakes!
