Il giorno dell'appuntamento per il cambio gomme la sorpresa: il preventivo e gli pneumatici ordinati erano di misura differente rispetto ai cerchi. Dopo aver cercato di attribuire a me la colpa di aver comunicato una misura errata (prontamente smentita dopo aver ricordato che avevo fatto visionare l'auto), ci siamo accordati per un set di gomme differente, con un prezzo questa volta in linea con la concorrenza.
Having to fit winter tires, I requested some quotes from various Vignola tire dealers. After showing the car and the booklet, Z Pneus's was inferior to the others.
The day of the appointment for the tire change was a surprise: the quote and the tires ordered were of different sizes than the rims.
