★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto telefonicamente la cortesia di sapere se avrei aspettato o se arrivando nell'arco di 10 minuti il personale poteva fare l'inversione delle gomme. Mi rispondono che mi avrebbero servito subito visto che prendevo un permesso dal lavoro appositamente, ma arrivato sul posto il proprietario mi dice che prima ci sono altri due clienti e che avrei dovuto aspettare almeno 45 minuti. Chiedo spiegazioni ma l'unica risposta che ricevo sarcasticamente è: "Se aspetta Le facciamo non solo l'inversione delle gomma ma tutto quello che vuole". La prossima volta cercate di essere sinceri e di non prendere appuntamenti solo nel rispetto della vostra convenienza. Deluso!!!
I asked by telephone the courtesy to know if I would have waited or if arriving within 10 minutes the staff could reverse the tires. They replied that they would serve me immediately since I took a leave from work specifically, but when the owner arrived on the spot he told me that there are two other customers first and that I would have to wait at least 45 minutes. I ask for explanations, but the only answer I receive sarcastically is: "If you wait, we will do not only the reversal of the tires but all you want". Next time try to be honest and not to make appointments only in respect of your convenience. Disappointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambio gomme effettuato oggi. Esperienza positiva, il ragazzo che mi ha servita è cordiale e veloce, in gamba. Officina ben attrezzata e organizzata, efficente in tutto ed economico. Vi è una mini saletta d'attesa con sedie, tavolino, i vari bidoni per la raccolta differenziata, giornali e tv e una macchinetta per bevande e cibi.
Tire change made today. Positive experience, the guy who served me is friendly and fast, good. Well-equipped and organized workshop, efficient in everything and economical. There is a mini waiting room with chairs, a table, various bins for recycling, newspapers and TV and a machine for drinks and food.
