★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer goeie service. Zelf voor een toerist zoals ik proberen ze alles te doen om je te helpen. Via de telefoon een tolk aan de lijn gekregen die de laatste dingen checkte. Super service en zeer snel geholpen. Ivm Nederland niet duur.

Una persona è arrivata alle 8,14, ha aperto la porta, poi il portone, ha risposto al telefono, è entrato in ufficio, ha portato dentro 4 gomme appena consegnate, è rientrato, ha portato fuori prima un'auto, poi un furgone, è rientrato nel capannone...non ha chiesto nè cosa volevo, nè di aspettare un momento...alle 8,30 sono andato via senza che si fosse interessato. Pessimo, pessimo approccio. non consiglio a nessuno di fermarsi. Poco più avanti in direzione Ravenna, un altro gommista mi ha servito immediatamente con prezzi bassissimi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, dopo anni da clienti, non solo provano a prenderti in giro, ma alla dimostrazione palese che lo hanno fatto, dicono che sei tu che non hai capito è che loro voglio anche uscirne perfetti, negando l’evidenza dicendo tutto il contrario di tutto, ma arrampicarsi sugli specchi nn funziona.
Siamo sempre stati clienti, ci conoscono benissimo e nemmeno ha chiesto scusa l’interessato anzi, parlottava prendendoci in giro con altri clienti ( come se noi non sentissimo) mentre il suo socio provava a rimediare più o meno alla figura pessima appena fatta.
Come perdere un cliente e farsi una pessima pubblicità direi.
