Ho conosciuto Gregorio facendo una ricerca su internet ed era l'unico con un sito personale gestito da se stesso. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa, "Greg" mi ha ricevuto assieme al fratello Antonio. Disponibili e simpatici l'inizio è stato un rito: il caffè al bar li vicino :-) La fiducia riposta è stata ripagata, il lavoro di Greg è anche la sua passione e si vede nella cura che mette nei suoi interventi. E' stato generoso nell'elargire informazioni e consigli... e per finire... il trattamento economico fortemente competitivo!!! Adesso posso partire tranquillo e la prossima volta che sarò a Reggio... I met Gregorio doing an internet search and he was the only one with a personal site managed by himself. The welcome was warm, "Greg" received me together with his brother Antonio. Available and nice, the beginning was a ritual: the coffee at the nearby bar :-) The trust placed has been rewarded, Greg's work is also his passion and can be seen in the care he puts into his interventions. He was generous in providing information and advice ... and finally ... the highly competitive economic treatment !!! Now I can leave quietly and the next time I am in Reggio ... Se c'è stata questa forma di continuità ci sarà più di un motivo. È difficile trovare rivenditori che sappiano coniugare: professionalità, qualità e disponibilità riuscendo a soddisfare ogni esigenza del cliente. Gregorio ti viene a soccorrere se è necessario, ti sa consigliare sulla qualità del prodotto, qualsiasi dubbio tu abbia è in grado di colmarlo dal alto della sua esperienza, ereditata probabilmente anche dagli insegnamenti ricevuti dal padre. Soprattutto, cosa non meno importante in questo periodo di crisi, è una persona che non specula. Non penso sia facile trovare tutte queste qualità positive. Ultimamente ha come aiutante un altro simpatico ragazzo, Carlo. La loro cordialità mette a proprio agio il cliente, al punto tale che un eventuale attesa sembra meno pesante. Per concludere posso dire che, può capitare a chiunque di bucare e avere bisogno di un gommista, magari in questo caso la prima volta ci vai da cliente ma non è difficile che la volta successiva passi semplicemente per il piacere di prenderti un caffè. Gregorio comes to help you if necessary, he can advise you on the quality of the product, any doubt you have is able to fill it from the top of his experience, probably inherited also from the teachings received from his father. Above all, what is no less important in this period of crisis, is a person who does not speculate. I don't think it's easy to find all these positive qualities. Lately he has another nice guy as his assistant, Carlo. Their friendliness puts the customer at ease, to the point that any waiting seems less heavy. To conclude, I can say that it can happen to anyone to puncture and need a tire repairer, maybe in this case the first time you go there as a customer but it is not difficult that the next time you simply go for the pleasure of having a coffee. Avendo urgente bisogno di ripararla mi reco da Pellicano pneumatici, inizialmente la gomma sembra irrecuperabile causa valvola danneggiata, ma dopo circa un ora di lavoro, il miracolo è fatto! Grandissima professionalità e gentilezza , stracobsigliato! Qualità e competenza! PS: la gomma ha retto per tutta la gara, salti inclusi! La cortesia e la professionalità sono una qualità molto rara tra i commercianti della città ma Gregorio li ha entrambi oltre ad i prezzi onesti. Posso dire solo bravo! I requested a specific model of tires and thanks to the timely order made by Gregorio they arrived in just 2 working days. Courtesy and professionalism are a very rare quality among the merchants of the city but Gregorio has them both in addition to honest prices. I can only say good!
